Riverside Church
We're a church where people grow. Our mission as a church is to reach the lost in our city and disciple each person to fulfill their God-given purpose.
We are a church reaching the Crossroads community in South Texas. We have weekly services where you'll experience worship and a discipleship-focused sermon from our pastors.
Riverside Church is inspired by Psalms 1:3, "They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season. Their leaves never wither, and they prosper in all they do."
SENIOR PASTORS
Pastor Bobby + Dawn Rivera
Since Pastor Bobby and Dawn Rivera embarked into ministry, their greatest desire has been to share the love of Jesus with others. Pastor Bobby became the first in his family of entrepreneurs to be ordained and plant a church. Pastor Dawn leads Shine On, a ministry for people with special needs, and Sip & Shine Cafe. They have been married for 29 years and have four children who each passionately serve at Riverside Church.
In 2007, they began this new endeavor to build a church. Today, the church has expanded into several buildings serving various ministries including Riverside Academy, Riverside Kids and Youth. We are also excited for our future expansion with our campus on Salem Rd. We are constantly amazed at what God is doing in our community and look forward to what He has for us—and you.
